1. How far is Disney from where we will be staying? This depends
on which location you have chosen to stay at. The minimum distance
is 5 miles the maximum distance is 8 miles.
2. What is the difference between a villa and a condo? Nothing!
Some people say tomato, we say villa.
 3. Are pets accepted? Yes, in selected
units with a pet fee.
4. What is the standard bed configuration? Two-bedroom is queen
and 2 twins. Three-bedroom is queen, full, and 2 twins. Four-bedroom
is queen, 2 fulls, and 2 twins. Five-bedroom is queen, 2 fulls,
and 4 twins.

5. What time is check-in? Check-in time is after 4:00pm. However,
you may arrange to have an early check-in with us, we must receive
notice 24 hours prior to your check-in, the fee is $30.00. Early
check-in begins at 12:00pm.
6. What time is check-out? Check-out time is before 10:00am.
However, you may arrange to have a late check-out with us, we
must receive notice 24 hours prior to your check-in, the fee is
$30.00. Late check-out ends at 2:00pm.
7. Payment policy? A reservation deposit is collected and varies
depending on villa size and season.. The balance is due 15 days
prior to your check-in date, via credit card, check, or certified
check.
8. Cancellation policy? Reservation deposit can be used for a
future booking or transferred to another family member.
9. Additional fees may incur if:
Villas - 2 nights or less will be charged a departing cleaning
fee.
Two-bedroom cleaning fee is $45.00.
Three-bedroom cleaning fee is $55.00.
Four-bedroom cleaning fee is $75.00.
Small pet fees(up to 25 pounds):$50
Please note that cleaning fees will be collected at check-in and
will not appear on the online check-out.

Suggestions on what to bring.
1. Comfortable walking shoes - undoubtedly there is a lot of
walking, your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day.
2. Items to cover up from the sun, such as: hats, sun block lotion,
and sun glasses - that Florida sun can get to be a scorcher, also
drink a lot of fluids.
3. Bug repellent - in the summer months the bugs are on vacation
too.
4. Swimming suits and beach towels - there is nothing better
after spending all day at the theme parks than returning to the
pool or spa for a relaxing swim.
5. Photo and/or video camera - the only true way to rub it in
to your friends and neighbors how much fun you and your family
had on your vacation.
Other Suggestions - when visiting the theme parks, pack as lightly
as possible. Also, if a stroller is coming with you, invest in
the light umbrella strollers which can be found at any Wal-Mart
for approximately $15.00.
