Welcome to our home which is on a quiet residential development and over looks a lake. The floor area of the villa is 1735 square feet, which gives and indication of how spacious it is. The accommodation is fully air- conditioned. All linen and towels are provided, however we do request you take your own beach towels. The furnishings are of a high standard and give a home from home environment.
The pool and patio area provide an uninterrupted view across a lake and conservation area. The pool is illuminated and Malibu patio lights edge the decking area. This is an ideal location to relax in.
The 'great room' with a cathedral ceiling is spacious, the dining area adjoins this. Access to all bedrooms is from here. The glass sliding doors lead onto the patio area and provide a lovely view. There is a TV, video recorder, CD/cassette/radio player for your use.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated; it has a queen size bed, television and a patio door leading to the pool. It has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity unit, a walk in shower, large corner bath, toilet and closet. There are 3 other bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. The villa can accommodate 10 people in total.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to make your holiday hassle free. Fridge/freezer, icemaker dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, waste disposal coffee maker, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
