Our stunning villa is situated on a large corner plot and has every amenity to make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. All your requirements will be met down to clean towels and linen and every utensil you will need. Our gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. We also have a washer and dryer so you won't have to take lots of dirty washing home. The master bathroom has a large roman bath and walk in shower. The dining room is ideal for formal dining and the nook is perfect for breakfast especially as we are surrounded by working orange groves so you will be able to pick your own oranges for that early morning glass of orange juice. Our villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrive. If you have any special requirements or would like something that we have not mentioned please do not hesitate to ask as we will do our best to accommodate.
Our villa is fully air conditioned but also has hot air heating just in case it should get a little chilly. Our living room is ideal for relaxing with a book or talking after dinner, the kids will also find it ideal for playing games and getting away from the adults. We have a number of televisions with cable TV and a playstation 2 as well as a full size pool table and dartboard. In fact there is so much to do that you may not be able to fit into one visit and may need to come back - you will always be welcome. The pool area has been extended and has a large covered lanai and porch area, there is enough room for sunbathing and the large pool is heated (gas heating extra) as is the spa from where you will be able to relax and watch the Disney fireworks. Orange Tree also has a tots lot, a football pitch, basketball court and 5 acre park, there are 8 golf courses within a 7 minute drive as well as fishing close by. We are a mile from a new Wal-mart Superstore and there are restaurants, petrol stations, a chemist, bank and
post office all within a close proximity. All in all the perfect location for the perfect vacation, and you deserve the best; we can fulfill your dreams.
